No refunds will be given, only reschedules permitted up to 24hrs before your booking or cancel and receive a booking credit for future use (valid 6 months).
15 minute grace period will be given after your session for cleanup. You will not be charged for this extra time to clean up.
Clients must return premises to the order and cleanliness specified in the contract and indicated inside the space. If not, a $250 cleaning charge will be billed to the clients credit card on file (Events Only).
No smoking is allowed in the building or within 20 feet of any entrance
No non-prescription or illegal drugs
Music / voices are kept at a reasonable level
No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances
We use security cameras in the space to ensure all rules are being followed
No photographing/filming/producing any illegal activities of any kind
